For questions about the processing of personal data, please contact Jack van der Vall via contact@opusmatic.com.

Personal data we process

Opusmatic processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide them to us yourself. Below you will find an overview of the personal data we process:

  • First and last name
  • Company name
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Professional interests and content of communication (provided via contact forms or during discovery calls)
  • Technical data (such as IP address and browser data, for the functionality of our website)

Special and/or sensitive personal data

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years, unless they have permission from parents or guardian. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in their children's online activities, to prevent data about children from being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal data about a minor without that permission, please contact us via contact@opusmatic.com, and we will delete this information.

Purposes of data processing

Opusmatic processes your personal data for the following purposes:

  • To be able to call or email you if this is necessary to perform our services.
  • To deliver goods and services to you.

Automated decision-making

Opusmatic does not make decisions based on automated processing about matters that can have (significant) consequences for individuals. This concerns decisions made by computer programs or systems, without human intervention (e.g., by an Opusmatic employee).

Although we use automation software to support processes and analyze data, the final decision-making regarding our services is always made by a human employee.

Personal data retention period

Opusmatic does not store your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to realize the purposes for which your data is collected. We apply a retention period of 3 years for contact details after the last contact or the last service.

Sharing personal data with third parties

Opusmatic only provides personal data to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. We work with the following parties:

  • Cal.com: We use Cal.com (via cal.eu) for scheduling discovery calls and meetings. Data you provide when booking a meeting is processed by them in accordance with their privacy standards.
  • Supabase: Our website uses Supabase for secure data storage and processing of form submissions.

Access, modify or delete data

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw any consent for data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Opusmatic and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we have about you in a computer file to you or another organization named by you.

You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or a request to withdraw your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to contact@opusmatic.com.

To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your identity document with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond as soon as possible, but within four weeks, to your request.
