Special and/or Sensitive Personal Data

Our website and services are not intended for individuals under 16 years of age unless authorized by parents or guardians. We cannot actively verify visitor ages. Automated Decision-Making

While we build advanced AI algorithms and pipeline automations for client workflows, all strategic decisions, service proposals, and operational reviews are conducted by qualified human engineers.

Retention Period

Opusmatic does not retain personal data longer than necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected. We apply a standard retention period of up to 3 years for contact inquiries following the last active communication, unless statutory retention obligations (such as the 7-year Dutch fiscal retention period for accounting records) require otherwise.

Third-Party Data Processors

Opusmatic only shares personal data with third-party service providers when strictly necessary for contract performance or statutory compliance. We work exclusively with trusted GDPR-compliant partners:

  • Cal.com: Used (via cal.eu) for scheduling discovery calls. Data entered during booking is handled in accordance with their strict privacy terms.
  • Supabase: Used for secure encrypted database storage and form handling within EU data centers.

Opusmatic uses minimal technical cookies and analytical utilities to ensure website stability and understand aggregate usage trends.
