Project records across systems
Pass project numbers, customer details and statuses between ERP, planning and project files. Define where changes originate and prevent conflicting versions from remaining in use.
We connect your ERP with planning, project files and administration. We establish which system owns each record, what information moves and what happens when something does not match.
For a technical service provider, we built a system that compares payment batches with invoices and supplier records. Accounts reviews exceptions before payments are released. The customer reports saving at least four hours of checking each week.
Customer-reported time saving from payment batch checks.
View the project and demoWe establish which system owns each record. Then we define which data is exchanged and how your team can follow the process.
Start with the information your team currently exports, retypes or compares by hand.

Connect orders and receipts with invoice information. The accounts team sees differences before a posting or payment proceeds.
Document intelligenceCheck payment lines against invoices and supplier records, including IBANs and agreed payment discounts. Send exceptions to a member of the team for review.
Process automationUpdate prices, item codes and supplier details from the agreed source. Unknown codes and conflicts appear in a review list.
We investigate your version and configuration, for example in Syntess, 4PS, Exact or AFAS. Available APIs, permissions and exports determine the approach. We only commit to an integration after checking those options.
We look at available imports, exports or other supported access. We also agree how changes will be checked and maintained. If a connection cannot be made reliable enough, we say so.
We log failures and show which records were not processed. For each process, we decide when a retry is safe and when someone needs to intervene, to prevent silent data loss or duplicate entry.
We start with the systems you already use. If an essential connection is not feasible, we discuss alternatives and their impact on the process.
Tell us which systems are involved and where information gets stuck. We can then discuss access options and the process.
Tell us which work takes time or leads to errors. In a 30-minute call, we will look at where automation could help.
